Curriculum Manager — Data Science & AI, fully remote (Belgium, Portugal, UK and US preferred, but open across Europe, UAE and the US)
A large-scale EdTech employer is hiring someone to own and build agentic AI workflows, including custom Claude Code plugins, that generate and validate course content at scale. This role combines real technical domain expertise with hands-on AI engineering.
What you'll do
- Research market trends and hiring manager expectations to decide, structure, and prioritise new courses across Data Science, ML, and Data Engineering
- Author interactive courses and work with external subject-matter experts, translating technical concepts into the company's hands-on Markdown/YAML course format
- Build, maintain, and refine agentic AI workflows that generate, validate, and update course content at scale
What you'll bring
- Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL, with real-world experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering
- Experience using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Replit to build automated pipelines and custom plugins
- The ability to write deterministic code, such as Python parsers, to validate non-deterministic LLM outputs against strict structural schemas
- A public track record of creating technical learning materials, such as YouTube tutorials, technical blogs, bootcamp instruction, or internal developer documentation
- Career-level experience in the job market, not entry-level
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
Useful but not required: experience working in high-ambiguity, high-workload environments, having built internal AI training material or tooling for your own team, a background as a subject-matter expert who self-taught strong AI engineering, or prior familiarity with this company's learn-by-doing course style.
Pay has not been advertised for this role. Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Belgium, Portugal, the UK or the US, though applicants across Europe, the UAE and the US are welcome.
