Learning Solutions Architect, remote within the US
An online platform delivering data and AI upskilling to enterprise learners and companies is hiring to keep up with demand from a customer base that includes 80% of the Fortune 1000. The training team is already booked solid through year-end, and this role is needed to take on live delivery and custom content work as that pipeline grows.
What you'll do
- Deliver live training, virtual and onsite, to customer organisations
- Build tailored learning materials on the platform: custom courses, projects, certifications and assessments mapped to customer roles, tools and outcomes
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Content to scope blended learning paths
- Teach high-impact sessions for high-value customers
- Publish reusable content to accelerate adoption and measurable skill uplift
What you'll bring
- Comfortable spending multiple hours a week in front of a virtual or onsite classroom
- 2+ years in technical training, data science or analytics education, solutions engineering, or a similar instructor role, teaching businesses rather than academia
- Broad technical range across AI, Python, SQL, R, and Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to pick up new tools quickly and tailor content to different personas: analyst, engineer, business user, exec
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Based in the US, willing to travel to client locations
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule spanning time zones and a non-routine, variable week
Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake is a plus.
Pay: $130,000-$190,000 base, total OTE $145,000-$220,000. Location: remote within the US, with travel to client sites for onsite delivery.
