High-potential engineers are too often filtered out by automated ATS systems before they can show their true technical depth. We are hosting an exclusive, closed-door 48-hour hackathon in the Lisbon market to solve this.
This is a private stage designed to validate what a CV cannot. By bringing together the brightest minds in AI, Data, and Engineering, we provide a “human-verified” environment where talent meets opportunity.Who We Are Looking For
- Target Roles: Engineers specialising in Full-stack, Backend, AI, and Data Engineering.
- Geography: Anyone from anywhere who can commute to IDEA Spaces Saldanha for the weekend is welcome to apply.
The Event Logistics & Setup
- Team Formation: No pre-formed team? No problem. Team formation happens live on Saturday morning. It’s the best way to meet new collaborators and engage in high-level networking. Teams must consist of exactly 4 people to ensure a diversity of skills.
- What You Bring: Your laptop, charger, and any pre-installed dev environments (Docker, Node, Python, etc.).
- What We Provide: The workspace, power, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the fuel you need. Premium food and drinks will be provided throughout the entire 48 hours, alongside a relaxed environment built for talking, networking, and having fun.
Rules of Engagement
- Fresh Code Only: All projects must be started from scratch during the event. Using open-source libraries and APIs is highly encouraged, but core logic must be built on-site.
- Human-Verified Integrity: Plagiarism or pre-built MVPs will lead to immediate disqualification. Our roaming mentors will be performing “PR Reviews” throughout the weekend.
- IP Ownership: You own what you build. However, sponsors have the right to discuss your projects, hiring, or further development with you.
- Code of Conduct: We are a community of respect. Harassment or exclusionary behavior of any kind will absolutely not be tolerated.
