Curriculum Manager — Cloud
Our client, EdTech scale-up, is seeking a technical Curriculum Manager to own the expansion of our Cloud curriculum (AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps, IaC, MLOps, and Cloud Data Engineering). In this role, you will bridge cloud architecture expertise with high educational taste and agentic AI automation—designing market-leading cloud courses and extending our internal AI tooling stack to accelerate release cycles in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Curriculum Planning: Research top vendor certifications and industry shifts to map out learning paths across cloud infrastructure, architecture, and DevOps.
- Content Production: Write hands-on content and work with industry SMEs to transform cloud engineering concepts into their interactive, browser-based coding environments.
- AI Tooling Ownership: Build and adapt internal agentic AI plugins (Claude Code, Cursor) to automate content drafting, lab setup, and validation.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Cloud Platform Depth: Hands-on technical background with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CLI environments. Sub-specialization in Cloud Data Engineering, MLOps, or DevOps/IaC is strongly preferred.
- Core Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python and/or SQL. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a strong plus.
- Agentic AI Mastery: Active use of agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit) to automate workflows, with demonstrated 10x output gains.
- Deterministic Reliability: Understanding of how to use Python verification scripts to parse non-deterministic LLM output into validated Markdown/YAML.
- Teaching Signal: Published track record of explaining technical concepts (e.g., tech blogs, cloud architecture guides, YouTube tutorials, or community mentoring).
- Startup / Scale-Up Experience: High stamina, low ego, and adaptability within a fast-moving commercial EdTech environment.
- Candidates familiar with basic cloud terminology who lack hands-on architectural or CLI experience.
- Educators without hands-on cloud scripting or AI automation capability.
- Applicants accustomed to slow, corporate release cycles who struggle to execute at startup speed.
